We also specialize in addressing hormone-related concerns such as PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, chronic yeast infections and recurrent UTI’s among other women-related health concerns. We support teens through the often confusing and overwhelming changes that come with adolescence. Whether it’s painful periods, acne that won’t go away, or mood shifts that feel hard to manage, we’re here to help. We commonly work with young people experiencing PMS, PMDD, PCOS, and metabolic concerns, as well as digestive issues like constipation, diarrhea, or bloating. We also care for those navigating heavy periods, urinary symptoms, sleep disruptions, and anxiety or depression. Our goal is to create a space where teens feel safe, heard, and empowered to understand their bodies and health.

We’re here to support your child through chronic health challenges, from infancy through adolescence. Whether it's managing ongoing issues like asthma, allergies, digestive troubles, or sleep difficulties, we take the time to understand your child’s unique needs. Our approach is all about working closely with you to uncover the root causes of these concerns and providing gentle, holistic care that nurtures your child’s health. Your first visit is a chance to truly explore your health history. We take an hour and a half to carefully review your concerns, the progression of your symptoms, and how they fit into the broader context of your life. From this conversation, we identify key areas to focus on, whether through lifestyle changes, lab work, or specialty testing. Testing helps us gain clarity by either confirming or ruling out potential causes, guiding us toward the best next steps for your healing.

Between-Visit Services
Prescription Request
$25 processing fee for a prescription refill or change outside of your office visit.
Phone Calls
$125 is our fee for quick phone calls or visits (15min) that are needed to address a concern requiring acute medical assessment and guidance.
Document Request
$25-$100 processing fee for requesting medical records, letters, and forms. Fees are based on time.
Record Review
$150 per half hour for reviewing pertinent medical records not ordered by Red Hill Medical; findings will be discussed at your scheduled follow-up visit.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled 2 business days in advance at no charge. Cancellations within the 2-day window and no-shows will be billed for the full amount.
Patient Portal Policy
Our patient portal's primary use is for scheduling appointments and uploading labs and documents to be included in your medical record. It is not intended to be a substitute for a medical appointment.
If you need to consult with Dr. Heinz via the patient portal in between appointments related to a condition already established or regarding your most recent visit, we charge a prorated hourly fee of $300. Any communication regarding this condition will be responded to within three business days. We also reserve the right to recommend a doctor’s visit to address your concern. If it takes you more than a couple of minutes to compose a message through the portal, it is likely best for you to schedule an appointment and speak directly with Dr. Heinz.
